How to Lose Weight

You over 10 or 15 kg

How to lose weight if you over your normal weight for 10 or 15 kg. For example you normal weight should be around 82-85 kg with 182 cm, but because you are work all day like IT, Accounting, Finance, or some another desk title please follow me.

You Over 50 years old

I am 50 years old and 182 cm and 109 kg. I found only my scheme how to lose weight. See below steps what I found for last 5 years. Now I have 100 kg and weight strong going to down. I didn’t use any physical training and gym.

Long Road back to normal

Every time for last 5 years I start to lose weight and back again to 110 or 112 kg. What I did wrong , Question was all time. Now I know and could shared with you. See below quick steps what you have to follow if you really would like to be slimmer.

Lose Weight Main Steps

  • Discipline – no motivation or another shit, only discipline will work for you.
  • Not listen any another advise, just follow 1 rule.
  • Eat only 2 or 3 times per day, no snacks between main food, Could be option water, tea or coffee.
  • Everyday walking at evening by 5-6 km – I don’t think is problem and like I said is not training. You sleep better and stress out.
  • No Sugar, No Sweets, No Cakes, No Bread, No Bagels, No Coke, No Sprite, No Orange Juice or any other soft drink, No Alcohol, No Milk product, No Yogurt, No Pasta, No Porridge, No Fruit – Another words, No Carbs and No Fructose.
  • Use products with low Insulin Index: Vegetable, Fat, Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Turkey, Pork, Mushrooms, Avocado, Cheese, Nuts, Seafood, Fish, Berries, Tea or Coffee without sugar and so on. Avocado you could use any time. I could provide to you full list of products. Leave your comments who interesting.
  • Day Calories – 70% of yours main food should have Fat, 25% should be Protein, 5% only Carbs
  • Make deficit calories – if you would like quick lose weight

Eat More Fat

Do you say- eat fat and decrease weight, this is bulshit. But Actually not you portion of fat not so big because have more calories. And other and most important thing. Fat not produce fat in your body. Carbs and Protein produced Fat in your body by Insulin. This is why you need food with low Insulin Index.

Some tips:

  • Eat row or product what you made yourself. Sausages or bistro food from McDonalds or similar restaurants doesnt work for you to achive your target.
  • If you would like to drink milk or yogurt use only full fat. Reduced fat products was added more bad substance.
  • Eat Farmer Eggs 3-4 pcs per day. Only Farmer eggs containt full range of Vitamins and Good staff
  • Drink before food glass of water with table spoon of Apple Vinegar
  • Add food supplement: Magnesium, Potassium, Complex Vitamin B
    • Magnesium and Potassium is main elements which guarantee to you that you will lose weight, keep them on daily norm.
    • All Vitamin B keep your healthy in stomach, better mood and so on .
